30 Days Return/Exchange Policy
We have high quality control standard to make sure all the products we ship in perfect conditions, if you are not 100% satisfied with the items you received, we gladly accept the return&exchange.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to return the order?
- Log in "My Order", then submit a ticket for return & refund.
- Our customer service will communicate with you in the ticket, and approved your application. Please pay attention to the reply we sent every time.
- After application approved, you will get the Return Address and RMA number in the ticket.
- Pack the items you want to return, and ship them back by any shipping company available, like Fedex, TNT, DHL, UPS. Post Office is recommended to avoid tax.
- This the most important step, please send us your return tracking number and shipping company by ticket. Without this info, we can't apply any refund for return.
- You can also track the package online, then you will know when the package delivered to us.
- Once we have received the returned item(s), our customer service will apply the refund in 7 working days.
- It normally takes 10-20 business days for the refund to appear on your bank account or credit card. Or 1-3 working days in PayPal (normally in 48 hours ), that depends on the original way you used.
- Note: cosparts.com is not responsible for missing, damaged, or packages lost in transit.
What is your Return & Exchange Policy?
- You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 30 days of receipt.
- Flash sale products, customized products are not covered by warranty.
- Returns must be received in new condition; unused, unworn, unwashed. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be subject to refusal.
- Any address on the parcel is not approved return address,and we don't accept the returned package without authorized return address from customer service representive.
- We do not accept packages returned using C.O.D. service. Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Please return through your local post office to avoid tax.
- Note: We will not get you refund in the condition of the products ware not delivered because of customers providing wrong or invalid address.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Return & Exchange Shipping Fee
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. In other words, only the listing price excluding shipping fees would be refunded.
- We pay the return shipping fee only if the return is due to our reponsebility such as the quality, the product(s) is(are) damaged when you receive the item; or the wrong size we sent to you.
To return your product, you should contact us first to get the return address and phone number. The default address： JT4102 Room 101, Building 6, 2222 Huancheng Road, Juyuan New District, Jiading District, Shanghai.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
How long will it take to get my refund?
- The refund will be issued within 7 business days upon the receipt by our warehouse and verified the conditions of the items.
- It normally takes 10-20 business days for the refund to appear on your bank account or credit card.Or 1-3 working days in PayPal (normally in 48 hours ), that depends on the original way you used. And the used reward points is non-refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged when it arrives. You will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at
email@example.com for confirmation.
You can cancel the order within 24 hours, once the order was processed and shipped, your order can not be cancelled any longer. Any orders cancelled within 24 hours can get full refund. Please understand that over 24 hours and once your clothing is mading, then you will not get full refund, only 80% of your order money.
Please note confirm your both billing info and item info carefully, including the address, email etc, size info etc. before placing an order.
