Return/Exchange Policy
- Return/exchange are offered
- Returns must be received in new condition; unused, unworn, unwashed.
- Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume, etc will not be allowed to return.
- Flash sale products and customized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. In other words, only the listing price excluding shipping fees would be refunded.
-We pay the return shipping fee only if the return is due to our reponsebility such as the quality, the product(s) is(are) damaged when you receive the item; or the wrong size we sent to you.
